A NEW URBAN CENTER FOR KAGUGU
Ntare Village reimagines a key Kagugu land parcel into a layered community where luxury villas, townhomes and attainable apartments share amenities with street-level retail, offices, hospitality and civic spaces. Walkable blocks, shaded promenades and generous courtyards invite residents, workers and visitors to mingle throughout the day.
The masterplan, shaped with the City of Kigali, focuses on integrated infrastructure—district utilities, mobility corridors, public transport links and sustainable landscaping—to support long-term growth in Gasabo and respond to Kigali’s housing pipeline.
PHASED DELIVERY WITH PUBLIC-PRIVATE ALIGNMENT
UB CONNECT is leading masterplanning, infrastructure coordination and stakeholder engagement in tandem with the City of Kigali. Phase 1 prioritizes bulk services, arterial roads and the first residential clusters, while later phases introduce commercial blocks, community institutions and public plazas.
