The Muhima Twin Towers scheme introduces two sculpted high-rise forms connected by shared podiums and skybridges. ENGINEERED FOR MIXED-USE PERFORMANCE

UB CONNECT is coordinating tower engineering, façade systems, vertical transportation and MEP design to support dual programming—Grade-A offices and branded residences. Podium levels will integrate conference facilities, wellness clubs, restaurants and parking decks connected to the Muhima transport hub.
